Terms, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Safe and Grounded and Rama Health and Wellness. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to assist if there is a problem with your order.

Physical Products

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your book or other physical product arrives damaged, has a printing, cutting, binding, or manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details together with clear photos showing the concern.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer laws.

Minor variations in color, paper, printing, or appearance that naturally occur between printing batches are not necessarily considered defects.

Returns or refunds due solely to a change of mind are generally not accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot meaningfully be "returned" once access has been provided, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after the file, download link, or access has been successfully delivered.

However, please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You received the wrong digital product
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• A technical issue prevents us from successfully providing the product you purchased

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, replace the file, restore access, or provide an appropriate remedy where warranted.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Personal-Use License for Digital Products

Purchase of a digital product grants the purchaser a limited license for personal use only.

Digital copies, downloadable files, worksheets, artwork, and other materials may not be copied for distribution, resold, uploaded, shared publicly, forwarded to others, or otherwise redistributed without prior written permission from the copyright owner.

You are welcome to print exercise or worksheet pages for your own personal use unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All original text, artwork, exercises, designs, downloadable materials, and other content associated with Safe and Grounded and Rama Health and Wellness remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or intellectual property rights.
